This pendant is a true beauty, with the star of the show being the Native American-made heart cabochon. It features coral, sugilite, malachite, lapis and turquoise intricately inlaid together for a striking and colorful effect. I have surrounded the heart with sterling embellishments and a small turquoise "flame". Pendant comes on a dainty 18" sterling box chain. Backplate is copper which I have rolled through my mill with the skeleton of a leaf, and lacquered to protect shine.
